By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by 367ph (operated via the domain 367ph.org), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 367ph Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 367ph. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 367ph platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all 367ph services including, but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, sports betting, online bingo, sabong, account management, deposit and withdrawal services, promotional offers, and customer support interactions.

To register and maintain an active account on 367ph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legal minimum age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as per PAGCOR guidelines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 367ph or any other regulated gaming operator.
• You must be of sound mind and gambling with funds that are legally yours and free from any criminal origin.
• You must not be employed by 367ph or any affiliate, partner, software provider, or payment processor associated with 367ph.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information at all times during your account lifecycle.

367ph complies with all PAGCOR directives regarding player eligibility and reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any aspect of your eligibility at any time without prior notice.

Each individual may hold one (1) account on 367ph at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and any pending balances forfeited.

When registering your 367ph account, you agree to provide complete and accurate information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if they change.

• Your registered mobile number or email address serves as your primary account identifier for login, verification, and communication purposes.
• You must create a secure password that is unique to your 367ph account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• 367ph will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your 367ph account, regardless of whether you authorized that activity.

367ph reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

367ph is required under its regulatory obligations to verify the identity of its players. Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification is mandatory and must be completed before withdrawal of funds can be processed. 367ph may request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC verification include:

• Philippine Passport
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• PhilSys National ID
• SSS or GSIS ID
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID

In addition to identity documents, 367ph may require proof of address (a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method (a screenshot or statement showing your GCash or bank account registered in your name).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 367ph support may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved. 367ph reserves the right to close accounts where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

All deposits to your 367ph wallet must be made through payment methods approved and supported by 367ph at the time of the transaction. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your 367ph wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. 367ph does not process deposits in foreign currencies.
• 367ph does not accept deposits made in cash, cryptocurrency, or any other form not explicitly listed as an accepted payment method.
• GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PesoNet may take up to 30 minutes depending on network conditions.

If a deposit does not appear in your 367ph wallet within the expected timeframe, contact 367ph live chat support with your deposit transaction reference number for immediate investigation. 367ph will not be held responsible for deposit delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests submitted through your 367ph account dashboard will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals will only be issued to accounts registered in your legal name.

• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay and PesoNet may take up to 1–3 business hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal privileges suspended pending documentation.
• 367ph reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially related to bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

Funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once are not eligible for direct withdrawal without prior authorization from 367ph compliance. This restriction is in place to prevent money laundering through the 367ph platform in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.

In the event that a Player has outstanding disputes, pending KYC reviews, or active fraud investigations, 367ph may temporarily place a hold on withdrawal requests until the relevant review is completed.

367ph offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 367ph reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify the terms of an active bonus, or cancel a bonus at any time if it reasonably suspects abuse, exploitation, or technical error.
• Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using certain betting patterns to artificially fulfill wagering requirements, or exploiting software errors — will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and accounts permanently closed.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your 367ph wallet. Real money funds are always wagered first unless the promotion specifies a different order.

All games available on 367ph — including slot machines, live dealer tables, bingo, sports betting markets, and any other game format — are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to their respective certified rules, payout structures, and Random Number Generator (RNG) configurations.

• All RNG-based games on 367ph are certified by recognized independent testing laboratories. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available within each game's information panel.
• Live dealer games are operated by Evolution Gaming and are subject to Evolution's certified dealing procedures and independent oversight.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during gameplay, the outcome that was displayed at the time of the error will be treated as void unless the game's official rules specify otherwise. 367ph will not be held liable for disconnections caused by the Player's internet connection.

Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised with 367ph customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this window may not be eligible for review.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 367ph platform. Violation of any of the following prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending balance (including real money funds in cases of fraud), and where applicable, referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility in any way.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one 367ph account, regardless of whether additional accounts are in your own name or another person's.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, whether in live dealer games, sports betting, or any other context.
• Use of Automated Systems: Employing bots, scripts, algorithms, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate outcomes on 367ph.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of pricing errors, software bugs, display errors, or any other platform malfunction to generate winnings. All such winnings are considered void.
• Money Laundering: Using 367ph for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity. 367ph is fully compliant with the Philippine AMLA and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider without first exhausting 367ph's internal dispute resolution process.

367ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. Any unauthorized use of 367ph intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 367ph, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the 367ph platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the 367ph platform caused by factors outside 367ph's reasonable control, including but not limited to: telecommunications failures, internet outages, government actions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorized access to your 367ph account arising from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Outcomes in any game determined by a certified RNG or by a live dealer operating in accordance with certified rules.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers, including GCash, Maya, or any banking institution.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, 367ph's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the net real money balance held in your 367ph wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

367ph collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The full details of how 367ph collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data are set out in the separate 367ph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering on 367ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of your identity documents for KYC purposes, transaction data for regulatory compliance, and contact information for customer support and, where you have opted in, promotional communications.

367ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Detection of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• Receipt of a court order or regulatory directive to do so.
• Discovery that you do not meet 367ph's eligibility requirements.

Upon account termination for cause, 367ph reserves the right to withhold any pending balance pending investigation. If investigation confirms a violation of these Terms, the withheld balance may be permanently forfeited. If investigation finds no violation, remaining real money balances will be returned to the player via the most recent payment method on file.

Players may voluntarily close their 367ph account at any time by contacting 367ph support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations incurred prior to closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including all applicable PAGCOR regulations pertaining to online gaming operations and player conduct.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to 367ph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming disputes.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through 367ph's internal process.

367ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at 367ph.org/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of this page.

For material changes — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — 367ph will provide advance notice via:

• An email notification to your registered 367ph account email address or mobile number.
• A prominent banner or notice within the 367ph platform visible upon your next login.

Continued use of the 367ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using 367ph and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
